Consultations are usually in the home of the individual but can be arranged in hospital. Weekend and evening appointments can be arranged.

At consultation it would be helpful to have the current ACAT summary available. We may need to ask additional questions in relation to care needs, cultural, religious, dietary and recreational needs. This allows Sunshine Coast Aged Care Placement to provide a detailed summary to prospective homes and to ensure homes applied for will meet individual needs.

Our Fees are kept at a reasonable rate and are payable in two part payments. Sunshine Coast Aged Care Placement will explain the fee structure prior to commencement of service.
